Looking for a flat mate to take over a double room in a 2 bed flat in Seven Dials from 17th January, 2025.

I'm looking for a friendly professional to move into this lovely two bed flat just off Seven Dials.

The flat is 5 min walk from Seven Dials and the station, on a really quiet street in a beautiful residential area. It’s modern with a large living area and well equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and washer/tumble dryer. The bedroom comes unfurnished, but the living space is furnished. The room is big enough for a double bed and some storage. There is also a large storage cupboard opposite the bedroom and some outdoor storage space too. There is plenty of room to work from home in the living room. The bathroom has a rain shower and half bath. It has a beautiful secluded private garden and separate patio area, as well as a front garden area, which is shared.

About me - I'm a 29 year old professional woman working in Communications. I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, swimming and going to restaurants. I'm pretty sociable so would like someone who's happy to chat/hang out in the living room sometimes, but also enjoys their own space and wants a nice tidy home.

Rent is £650 plus bills. Bills are approx £200 a month during winter (including council tax, WiFi, water and gas & electricity). But of course will be cheaper when the heating is used less.
