Double Room | Central Brighton | 5mins from Beach

I am moving out of my current room in December, after nearly 2 years here, so I am looking for somebody to take over the tenancy.

The property is ideally situated on Old Steine, 5 minutes from the beach, and right by the city centre.

My current flatmate, Luka, works full-time and is very respectful, tidy, and friendly. We are looking for somebody else who shares those values.

Pictures are of the empty property, but it has since been kitted out with some living room furniture, including a sofa-bed, WFH desk, kitchenware, etc. There’s still plenty of room for more furniture.

My current bedroom is a good size, with more than enough space for a desk, and has a large bathroom opposite (the second bedroom has an en-suite, so this is effectively your own bathroom). The kitchen/living area is also very spacious, as seen in the pictures.

All bills are set up, so all you need to do is take these over from me. Please message if interested so I can give you more details.
