We’re looking for friendly, easy going professionals who are quiet, clean, tidy, trustworthy, respectful of others' space and have interests outside of work. Mature and independent applicant with not too much 'clutter' please as we are clean and relatively minimalist (without being austere!). Friendly people who are looking for somewhere for the medium to longer term. This is a NO smoking or drugs home, but we are meat eaters! Not a party house as we’re close to the neighbours which requires mutual respect. Happy to have housemates who like to keep themselves to themselves if that’s what they prefer.
