Large house with double room

We have an unfurnished, garden facing, bright and sunny double bedroom suitable for a single person or a couple. Ready to move in on 1st June.

If you drive we are in Parking Zone U which is light touch and there is always room outside the house to park.

The house is fully furnished and well equipped for anyone keen on cooking or needs somewhere to work. We have a kitted out kitchen including white goods all bought over the last 2-3 years incl a 9kg Samsung washing machine. All the rooms downstairs are shared which consists of a living room, kitchen, large bathroom and conservatory.

We also benefit from a fire place in the living room which is used in the autumn and winter to keep down gas costs and is super cosy!

We have an outdoorsy cat, hes 10ish, a bit aloof but also bloody lovely.

We have decorated throughout with all sorts of art, skateboards, instruments and plants and welcome new housemates to add their touches.

Sainsburys and Aldi are at the bottom of the hill as well as pharmacies, corner shops, great bus links in and out of town and Moulscoombe train station is a 15 min walk. Town is a 20 minute walk away.

We both work in a couple of different fields but our main jobs are pub manager and silversmith. If you work from home then you can set yourself up in the sunny conservatory if you prefer space outside the bedroom.

We live for music, we both work festivals, play music, like a beer and some company and enjoy spending time watching documentaries, films and plenty of gaming. We're both pretty laid back but prefer to keep a cleanly, calmish home.

We want someone to join us in continuing to make this a lovely, cosy, friendly home.
