Beautiful sunny room in Hanover house share

- [x] Hello! We are 3 kind, creative people who are looking for a lovely person to share our beautiful and homely Hanover home.

We are looking for a non-smoker and preferably veggie/vegan although currently only one of us is veggie. We do like to eat well and exercise but we also love a good takeaway too! These days we are not a ‘party’ house ( been there and done that!) but saying that, when we do occasionally have one its pretty epic!

We are looking for someone grounded, calm, kind and fun and you must love animals as we have a gorgeous, calm and well behaved little dog who is very much part of the house (sorry, definitely no to any more pets though! )

It’s also worth mentioning that we are looking for a professional person who wants somewhere long term (preferably minimum of a year) Its a lovely place and very much a ‘home’ to us and hopefully to you too! Someone a bit more mature and settled would really love it here.

We all do our own thing but get on well as friends and we would love our new housemate to be independent with their own thing going on but want to connect and be part of our household. If you also find it easy to be clean, tidy and helpful around the house then it sounds like we are all on the same vibe!

Our hopes are that you will be a genuinely lovely person who naturally wants to invest time and love to this special place we all live in.

It’s a real gem of a community here in the Hanover area of Brighton and the house is large with plenty of space and a great wee garden too!
The location is central and it’s only a 15 min walk from beach and train station.

Rent and bills is £650 but bear in mind this may increase a little over winter months. We have a lovely landlord too who has kindly kept the rent reasonable for us over the years! Deposit £500.
The room comes unfurnished.
