Room in arty queer central Brighton flatshare

I'm Ella (they/them), 26 and a painter. I'm currently a tenant at this property situated incredibly centrally on North Street. It's a lovely queer flat share. We have two tenants moving out, one on the 25th June and one the 25th July! This post currently focuses on the room for 25th June :)

About the property - a 6 bed flat, all doubles, 4 en-suites with showers and one shared bathroom. A large open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Communal washer/dryer room downstairs (paid - £2 wash £1.50 dry). Dishwasher. There is no official outside space, but there is a roof I go out on all the time if you're willing and able to climb out a window, and we are situated directly opposite pavillion park and 5 minutes from the beach. The rent is £617pcm - but likely to increase in July so will update when we know. Bills not included but usually come to £30-60 depending on month (incl wifi). We're in council tax band H so this equates to around £65pppm. We prefer no students as we need to split the council tax between 6 to keep it affordable. If you are a student and you love the place and are willing to contribute this is totally fine though!

Your room is an ensuite, very cute and fully furnished. The room is front facing to North Street so you have a nice view of Pavilion Park, but there is street noise to get used to.

Unfortunately the flat is not great for accessibility - two and a half flights of stairs, one of which is marble and a bit steep. If you have any other accessibility questions please feel free to ask!

The housemates here are all queer and lively (neurodivergent). We have over the last couple years grown very close and want someone who will mesh with us well, come to queer events (some of us host drag shows together!) and hang out and watch TV and movies with us.
