Double room available 5 mins walk from the beach.

We are a family based in a farm house the centre of Brighton. We would like to offer the room to a young working professional. It is a family scenario in a large house. We have an English Springer Spaniel dog, a small King Charles Cavalier and two children 15/16 years old. . Bills are included. The room includes a fridge, a kettle and microwave. The main kitchen is in family use most of the time with two teenagers around morning and evening, and food preparation in the kitchen space is a bit limited for the lodger. There are two bathrooms and a laundry room. Bathroom use in term time in the morning between 6-8 am needs to be a little bit scheduled as there is high demand with everyone getting out the door. The rest of the time no issue.
