Shared Spaces: A large lounge, two toilets, a bathroom, and a separate shower for hassle-free mornings.
Outdoor: A slightly wild and roomy garden — great for summer evenings or quiet coffee breaks.
Guest-Friendly: A spare 4th bedroom is available for visiting friends/family.
There are mostly 2 or 3 people in the house. Everyone gets plenty of space.
Bills & Practicalities:
✅ Included: High-speed internet and council tax.
❌ Excluded: Metered water, energy bills.
