Double room in big friendly 4-bed Victorian house

We are looking for a fourth flatmate to join us in our lovely spacious house on Roundhill Crescent from March.
The room is on the first floor, with a large garden facing window. It comes unfurnished, but has a wall of built in cupboards with loads of storage, a sink and the boiler in one of the cupboards keeps it super warm.

It's a gorgeous house with lots of natural light, a large living room connected to a second dining/living room, two bathrooms both with showers, a conservatory which is joined on to the kitchen, and a good sized garden. The fireplace in the living room can be made to be in working order with a chimney sweep and is great for the winter.

We have a very nice private landlord who is quick to respond to any issues but isn't overbearing. On-street parking is available (zone J) but you will need to apply for a permit.

Bills aren’t included and work out £193 for council tax (split between housemates) and the other bills range around £90-140 per month depending on time of year.

You'll be sharing the house with Harry and Josie, who are both graphic designers and Polly who is training as a Montessori teacher. We are looking for a friendly person who's sociable, up for some house evenings / spending time together but happy to do their own thing too.
