We have a double room for rent in our house which is located in the north laines.
Our house mate that is leaving is going travelling so the room can either come unfurnished or he’s happy to leave some things if you’d like.
We’ve also got a shared kitchen / living room / bathroom and outside space which are all a decent size.
The location is really central, really close to shops, pubs, the beach and the station.
The room will be ready to be moved into on June 11th and hoping to do viewings this week and next.
Myself (Amy) and Frankie are the housemates who are staying, we both work full time, are friendly and chilled out so would be nice to find someone who is up for doing things with us occasionally.
Rent doesn’t include bills and they come to about £110-150 a month roughly depending on time of year ect.
The landlord is unable to accept students and tenants will need to referenced as normal.
