Hey,
We have a double room for rent in our house which is located in the north laines.
The room comes unfurnished and we’ve also got a shared kitchen / living room / bathroom and outside space which are all a decent size.
The location is really central, really close to shops, pubs, the beach and the station.
The room will be ready to be moved into on November 11th but we need to get the new tenants details to the landlords as soon as pos so they can do references ect so hoping to do viewings this week.
Myself (Amy) and Frankie are the housemates who are staying, we both work full time, are friendly and chilled out so would be nice to find someone who is up for doing things with us occasionally.
Rent doesn’t include bills and they come to about £100-140 a month roughly depending on time of year ect.
The contract is for 12 months (sorry no students).
