Sublet double room in all female home.

Hello future roomie! We have a double room to to rent just off Lewes Road for a short term sublet. Rent is £647, bills ontop comes to £780. The bills are included in the overall monthly payment. You will be sharing with two young, fun, chilled 30 year old female professionals, who both work full-time. A little about us: we are laid back girls that enjoy a good movie on the sofa or cooking and eating great food with a bottle, yet equally will dance in the pub with a pint in hand. We're both very respectful of shared living, and like to keep communal spaces tidy and clean for everyone. The bonus card, you will be subletting, which comes with it's own perks. The contract on the house is up in September, so it is a strict 3 month agreement. However, there is a possibility of extending the lease. You'd be staying during one of Brighton's biggest festivals too - Brighton Pride!

A little about the room/house: the room is a decently sized double bedroom, which comes furnished, so no need for any hassle. There's plenty of natural light too, which makes the space really special and ideal for all your plant babies. The communal living space leads onto a garden, which lets in so much natural light! The shared bathroom also doubles as a utility room, including a tumble dryer too!
