Double Room in spacious, modern, clean flat

Hello all

Hopefully you'll be able to tell from the photos and videos (if they let me load them on here), that my place is a clean, clutter free, bright and airy, quiet flat with stunning views over Preston Park

10 mins from Preston Park train station, Sainsburys and pubs.

I've included all bills including council tax.
I like to drink and be social but also know that I have a quiet flat to come back to.

Be a nice considerate person and please don't be a mental case or on any registers! ;-)

The Kingsize bed is new with a brand new mattress. The room is big at 10x 11ft with storage under raised bed. Includes large wardrobe with full length mirror.

Ooh, I've got a huge American style fridge freezer - if that's a deal breaker or not ;-)

Free street parking outside (rather amazingly for central Brighton).

Finally, all rooms have blackout blinds but they're not perfectly blackout - just fyi
