Bright sunny room in great location

This is a room in a family house. Where me and my adult daughter live with 1 cat.
We are a happy and quiet household, relaxed and calm - we have always had lodgers and it’s been a pleasure to meet many different people. We are politically to the left and non religious. My daughter works in hospitality and I am a Social worker.
This is a FEMALE ONLY house.

Fiveways is a great location, lots of local shops & bus 2 minutes walk. 25 minutes walk to the sea. London road train station 10 mins walk for trains to the Uni’s.

In the house you have your own comfy room, you have use of the kitchen & bathroom. (There are 2 loos, so no waiting around!).
You will need to eat your meals in your room.
Please note there is NO sitting room available to you.
If you smoke/vape that’s ok outside only.
All bills are included, so you only pay the rent fee.
No overnight guests are allowed.
We are vegetarian and do not eat meat,

We are looking for a female lodger - this means we can all relax in the house.

We are looking for a lodger who is a cat lover and confident around cats. We would be grateful if occasionally you would be prepared to feed and look after our cat when we are away
