Bright sunny room in great location

This is a room in a family house. Where me and my adult daughter live with 2 cats.
We are a happy and quiet household, relaxed and calm - we have always had lodgers and it’s been a pleasure to meet many different people. We are politically to the left and non religious. My daughter works in hospitality and I am a Social worker.

Fiveways is a great location, lots of local shops & bus 2 minutes walk. 25 minutes walk to the sea. London road train station 15 mins walk.

In the house you have your own comfy room, you have use of the kitchen & bathroom. (There are 2 loos, so no waiting around!) you will need to eat your meals in your room.
Please note there is no sitting room available to you.
If you smoke/vape that’s ok outside only.
We have a weekly cleaner who attends to all common parts of the house, so you just clean your own room.
All bills are included, so you only pay the rent fee.
No overnight guests are allowed.
We are pescatarians., and do not eat meat, and do not allow meat in the house.

We are looking for female only lodgers - this means we can all relax in he house.
We are looking for lodgers who are cat lovers and who would be prepared to feed and look after our pets when we are away. In exchange for this care of our pets we will offer you a significant reduction in rent - if you are not able to commit to looking after pets occasionally, then this is not the home for you. It’s important that you love cats and are confident around them.
