I’m a live in landlord and moved to Brighton a year ago from Hackney (east London). I work in advertising and go to London each week for work but mainly WFH.
The property is a beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath maisonette with a private garden on a quiet residential street which is just off the busy Lewes road and just 10 min walk to the lanes and 20 min walk to the beach and Soho house.
I’m flexible with the agreement term. I'm more focussed on finding a housemate I get along with. :)
The bedroom has been recently decorated and has beautiful old sash windows with view to our private garden. The room comes with a double bed, dressing table / desk, clothes rail, TV & large mirror. Plus your own private ensuite with shower.
Room is available from the end of August. I’m open to professionals or mature students.
Ideally I’m looking for someone who doesn’t work from home a lot (as I do), and everyone is welcome. :)
