Price is very reasonable for the area and property, it’s purely because I want a nice tenant and down to earth like me it’s not for the financial gain, although it will be nice to have that bit extra as 2 bedrooms by myself is a waste of a room!

It’s a maisonette, very quiet neighbourhood, travel into the city centre by bus or car in 10 minutes.

We have a ring doorbell, security camera and light out front. Keybox also so no worrying about losing your key!

Opposite a beautiful Forrest which is truly refreshing seeing all the beautiful nature litterly on the other side of the kurb rather than concrete with free parking. Very safe neighbourhood.
