Large room in unique house

Large room in family house - large TV included. Suitable for single occupant.
Currently with double bed but open to adding furniture if you want it.
In addition to rent, we ask £20 a week for bills. This includes all bills.
Room is in the basement but is quite light and has its own entrance.
You will share the kitchen with us and have a loo and shower on the ground floor. The bathroom is shared but no one ever uses the shower so it will be basically yours. You will have use of the back garden.
We are a lively family of 3 - mother, father and teenage son. It can be noisy on weekday mornings - just a family getting ready for school, nothing excessive.
We have three dogs so you must like dogs. One is a rescue dog and can be nervous with new people. If you feed her some treats (we'll provide) you will win her round in a couple of days.
One of us is vegan, two not. We prefer vegetarian/vegan but not a deal breaker.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping in house or garden.
We don't mind partners staying occasionally but don't want to find we are living with a couple.
We're fairly easy going people apart from that and like to have a friendly relationship with anyone we're living with.
The room is pictured as it is now. We haven't converted it to a bedroom yet as we want you to have a choice of furnishings.
Council tax band G, but that's included in the rent.
