The flat is situated on the third floor (no lift) and have a communal living room with kitchen. There is one big bathroom with tub and toilet, one shower room and one separate toilet to share in four people.
You would be sharing the house with 3 others, 1 female and 2 males. We are friendly, relaxed, working professionals who enjoy socializing but are respectful to other housemates privacy.
The rent is £700 including water bill. Electricity, gas and wifi is not included (around £85-£100 a month). The deposit is £700.
The location is in the centre of Brighton, 1 minute to Waitrose and short walk from Churchill Square or beach and 20 minutes to Brighton station.
