The room is so beautiful and boasts its very own terrace for you to step out onto and live out every Parisien dream or Princess fantasy!

A bit about me: I'm Lana (they/them) 32. I'm half English, half Indian, I'm a singer who works from home and will be studying a Masters in music next year. I'm into tarot, astrology, yoga, burlesque, vintage fashion, music, coffee & everything 90s/y2k.

I'm after someone my age (around 32) who is mature and responsible, intentional, organised, calm, tidy and clean. I am sober and I'd like a housemate who also does not drink, do drugs or go out partying. The ideal person is not impulsive, messy, a hoarder, or off out all the time and never around. Would love for someone else LGBTQ+ but at the very least I'm open to someone who respects pronouns and has a respect for LGBTQ+ people.

I'm looking for someone who demonstrates the ability to to co-create a sophisticated and calm environment befitting of this gorgeous regency home. Someone who is very together, enjoys the finer things, actively advocates for their needs, communicates, sets boundaries, brings things to the table when discussion is needed and will suggest a course of action if and when we need to come to compromises in the way we run the home. I'd like someone who wants an equal stake in the house and is on board to share all responsibilities in caring for the place.

Please note this room is pretty small and it comes unfurnished! It can fit a double bed but there's not a great deal of room after that. This place is my only home and all my furniture is here, so someone with minimal stuff or with some of their belongings elsewhere would be the best match for the room. There is not a lot of storage anywhere else in the apartment either so your stuff will need to pretty much fit in your bedroom! Bear in mind it may feel like you're moving into a place that's already been 'set up' as I have been here for years but I will do my best to accommodate you e. g. if you have stuff for the kitchen / bathroom / lounge obviously it's a shared space and we can definitely try to make it work.

I like to be friends with my housemates but we don't have to be besties or anything! I'm absolutely open to hanging out on weekends, going to the Laines etc, but equally enjoy those dynamics where we keep ourselves to ourselves and have our own lives and friends. I'm hard at work on my career and self-development and most of my close friends live in London (where I'm from) so I'm there 1-2x a month. We can totally discuss our preferred setup when we meet and I welcome someone who has a strong idea of what they want rather than feeling like they have to just slot in with whatever I'm doing.
