Room in Hanover Available - Summer Let

A room in our 7 bed room in Hanover will become available from July. The room is a good size, in the basement and receives a good amount of light. The house has a large kitchen and living area and two bathrooms.

The house is in a great location, it's a 10 minute walk into the town centre, 15 minute walk to Brighton station, 15 minute walk to the beach and minutes away from lots of bus stops. The neighbourhood itself, Hanover, is arguably the nicest place to live in central Brighton. It's fairly quiet but there are loads of nice pubs as well as Queens park around the corner from the house.

We are a house of 6 master's students, studying courses ranging from human rights to music. There are 5 girls and 1 guy. It's a lovely group, everyone gets on well and we enjoy doing things together, but we also like to get on and do our own things as well. We're looking for someone friendly and tidy but relaxed. In the house there is a spacious living area joined on to the kitchen and two bathrooms. Send me message if you're interested :)
