Superb en-suite double room with huge terrace.

Double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and large en-suite shower room. French doors onto a terrace overlooking the water. The room is furnished but I am happy to negotiate over that. This flat is extremely quiet and secluded; a very tranquil space for studying or simply relaxing. Shared lounge and kitchen with further access to the terrace.
I am a professional businessman and happen to be a wheelchair user. I have a seven year old rescue cat called Chester who keeps himself to himself but is affectionate and friendly. Broadband and most bills are included as well as use of a washer/dryer as required.
This is a non-discriminatory house and safe environment for all, I welcome all genders/types with no judgement. There are easy transport links to both buses and Brighton train station, free parking can be made available.
