1st floor fully furnished double room in house of three female students. House has four double rooms over three floors and a garden. Has a modern bathroom with bath and open plan kitchen and living room downstairs with washing machine and dryer. Bedroom has double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe, desk, shoe/small shelves and garden views from the 1st floor.

Central Brighton, North Laine shops and bars 15 mins away on foot, several supermarkets even closer and corner shop on road. 10 min walk from Brighton University city campus, 20 min walk from Moulsecoomb Campus or short bus ride.

We are friendly and social, clean and quiet.
Looking for a non-smoking university student who is clean and tidy and won't have loud or messy parties/gatherings in the house.


Looking for full time students. Would consider a young professional (but they would have to pay 75% of the houses council tax as well as rent).
There is the option to pay for a parking permit for Washington street that the leaving tenant has currently.
