Will suit quiet independent persons who respect own space but happy to share at times too. Must be ok with 2 friendly cats being around.

Use of washing machine and all bills included. Kitchen is modern with induction hob, own fridge. A pretty garden surrounds the property.

There is on street parking according to S zone rules. Buses 18, 21, 22, 23, 37b, 37,2 are all nearby.

I'm a single active 72 year old woman and sometimes there might be a friend or Airbnb guest in the other room.
