This sunny large double room is for rent in a large detached unusual house that used to be part of the old market gardens. There is a big shared garden, hidden away from the street. The room is in a family house, with one parent and two children (8 and 12), who are there 50% of the time. Grandmother also stays once or twice a week. The room is on a separate floor and separate wing of the house with nearly sole use of the downstairs bathroom, free off street parking, ten minutes walk to London Road Station, and use of all facilities.
