Central flat looking for a new flatmate :)

Central flat (North Street). I am moving out after 9 years because I am buying my own flat. I am looking looking for my replacement :)
We're a relatively social group who didnt know one another before living here and now we get along wonderfully. We respect each others' space while also having occasional drinks/films/catchups in the living area. We're all liberal, professional, educated and somewhere on the gender/sexual spectrum and we love games and silliness as much as slagging off the Tories.
Rent is £550/month and this includes the water bill.
Bills come to around £130/month on average and theyre broken down below:
Council tax is currently £65 each per month
Electricity varies from £40-£70 per month
Internet is £9/month each
No gas bill as the flat runs on electricity only
We're a little flexible on whether the room will be furnished or not. It will most likely come with a bed frame but this can go if necessary. It will also likely have a wardrobe but that can also go if you dont want it.
Flexible move-in date given what works best for us both. I should get the keys to my new place in the first week of September so I can move out any time from then, and ideally you will have moved in no later than October 1st but Im flexible. So, a move-in date somewhere in September is ideal.
