You’ll be sharing the house with me and my 28-year-old son. The property features a large, well-equipped kitchen and dining area, a comfortable lounge, and a lovely south-facing garden with outdoor seating.

• Your own fridge and cupboard storage
• Desk and office chair (if required)
• Downstairs toilet and sink
• Utility room with washing machine
• Main bathroom and shower upstairs (primarily for your use, occasionally shared)

I have my own en-suite, so you’ll have plenty of space and privacy.

I have four very friendly cats, so this home would suit a cat lover. One is 27 years old and very sedentary . All are very loving and friendly .

I’m a working professional, as is my son. We’re easy-going, creative, and respectful of each other’s space, while also enjoying a chat and a laugh. Respect and consideration are very important in our home.

The room would suit a professional or student. Non-smokers preferred. Friends or partners are welcome to stay occasionally.
