I am in need of someone to take over my tenancy ASAP as i need to move for personal reasons.
The room is a decent sized single (My desk takes up most of the room because it's huge and makes it look much smaller than it really is), in an incredibly convenient and quiet area. The bus stop is at the end of the road and can take you all over, including Sussex Uni (20-25 mins) and Brighton Uni (5-10 mins).
The house is very vertical but sprawling with 2 bathrooms and a large communal lounge and huge kitchen with all amenities. The property also has a spacious garden that doesn't get used much.
The current housemates are lovely and social.
