Hi, I am looking for a woman to take over my tenancy during the summer, starting from June. It’s a really nice spacious fully furnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom house. It has every essential appliances: washing machine, microwave, oven, wi-fi. Bedroom itself is quite big and has everything that you need, and lots of storage too. Lovely accommodation with a great housemate who is a student at Sussex uni, she is a clean and respectful person. The flat is located in the city centre near Waitrose, and less than 10 mins walk to Churchill Square. It's located in a really convenient location close to everything such as shop, restaurants and beach. 4 min walk to the beach and to the nearest bus stop.
