Double room available near Brighton centre

1 large double room available in a 4 bed house, a 5 minute walk from the centre of Brighton. The room on offer is the largest in the house, and will be part furnished. Move in date needs to be slightly flexible but around the 30th of October is when we’re ideally looking for someone to move in.

The rent per month includes everything and there’s no deposit, we're just looking for the right person to join the house. We’re all pretty laid back and social but appreciate our own space and a peaceful, tidy house. We often have friends and family round which isn’t a problem at all for a new tenant.

If you're interested, we'd strongly recommend getting in touch, sending a little intro about yourself and arrange a viewing, as it's important we meet in person before agreeing to let, and this house usually attracts a lot of interest.

There is one cat living here currently, which needs to be considered for anyone with severe allergies. The cat will be moving out with me.
