Amazing location on Newmarket Road just off Lewes road, 1 minute walk to Sainsbury's, Aldi and B&Q are a couple minutes away and ten min walk from Brighton university. Right next to Lewes road bus garage so can get into town/Falmer/Lewes super easily with buses coming constantly.

A really chilled friendly house with four Brighton uni students, although you don’t have to be a student - I’m not! House is always warm and cosy and the living room has a big tv really nice to relax in. Housemates are not loud or disrespectful, generally a really peaceful environment ⭐️

Bedroom has a nice double bed with lots of floor space for workout/yoga, a sink area which is super convenient and a big wardrobe and desk.

House has four floors, this bedroom is on the 2nd floor, top floor has a mini bathroom and ground floor has a lovely walk in shower bathroom, kitchen and spacious living room and door out to a big garden, grass is uncut at the moment but come spring the gardeners will come, super lovely spot for soaking up the weather with a table and chairs and some flowers like buddleia and valerian which will pop up in the summer and look lush 🌸

£693 per month including bills. £625 deposit and Uk Guarantor preferred - otherwise rent must be paid upfront.

Room available by end of feb/March or later if preferred, tenancy ends 22nd of August.
