Our current housemate Dylan is moving out as he’s moving abroad and we’re looking for someone who would fit in our cozy house share in North Laine. 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, right by the station. We have a small garden out the back which is lovely in the summer and like to keep the house clean and tidy 🏡 we all get on well - spending time together but also appreciating eachothers space/ down time. LGBTQ friendly.
Move in after the 15th aug.
£700 without bills, usually all expenses are about £800- £820pm.
A bit about us:
Ellis (24) art director/ animator, plays netball, loves reading, anything outdoorsy, the gym and house plants
Linda (26) teacher, plays AFL, love a pub evening and killing plants (RIP Ellis’ plants)
Sarah (28) works for a charity, love a beach day, gym and cooking tasty meals
Will take some pictures of the room coming and will update ASAP
