Large sunny double room in gorgeous spacious house

We are an easy going couple living with our very sweet dog Flo (black labrador) who loves everybody and food! We both work during the day in Brighton, I work for a charity and sometimes work from home.
The house has a lovely chilled vibe and we are looking for someone to enjoy that with us. I love a good film, going to our local pub, paddleboarding, swimming in the sea, long dreamy walks with Flo, spontaneous weeeknds away in our campervan and lots of music! My passion is food, I adore cooking and enjoy friends coming over for long leisurely meals. The room would ideally suit a professional or a student with an easy going personality and a good sense of humour! Would also appreciate someone who is clean and tidy.

Very spacious and beautifully sunny 3 storey, 4 bedroom house in central Brighton. The room for rent is situated on the top floor so nice and private. London Road train station is a 2 minute walk away. The vibrant North Laines and Brighton station are a ten minute walk away and the town centre and beach are all accessable on foot....approximately 25 minute walk. There are excellent bus links a 3 minute walk away if needed.

The house is situated in a very friendly neightbourhood with lots of local amenities, inlcuding convenience stores, supermarkets, parks, fantastic pubs, coffee shops and a local independent cinema (Duke of Yorks). There is also use of a bike shed if needed. The room is furnished but I can remove items if necesary.
