1 Double bed with mini en-suite (toilet&sink)

I am a 32 year old who owns the house, have for 10 years now, and looking for someone to rent the other room which has a toilet and sink en-suite on the middle floor.

Preferably a professional around the same age.

Can't guarantee long term but if your looking for somewhere over the summer whilst figuring out your own next steps and place.

Ideally not couples due to space, dynamics and past experiences.

I do like to maintain a clean house as I own it so regular contributions to cleaning are required.

House is 5 minutes walk to Brighton station, 10 to Churchill square and 20 metres from a pub.

I currently don't work (by choice) but am seeking employment. I like video games and watching sports.
