The house has a fabulous garden with many secluded areas to chill in. We currently do not have pets, but if you have a pet animal, we'd consider accommodating! 
There is free on street parking - a rarity for Brighton!
We're mother and adult daughter team and the room would suit a younger female, a student or a professional. No couples, please.
Kitchen/diner and the bathroom would be shared areas and you can use the garden and are welcome to smoke outside. The front room would not be shared and would only be used by us.
