Large Room in family home with shower room

We are delighted to offer our spare double room with its own shower room and access to the garden. The house is inhabited by my son (9yrs) and myself and we have lived here for six years . The house is a lovely warm modern house with a bright spare room that is airy, open-plan, well-insulated, filled with sunlight and south-facing. The house is south facing and boasts beautiful light throughout the day and feels spacious and quiet. The house is located within a safe area with strong community links to the local school, barn, Brighton, the A27 and Withdean Stadium. The house is shared with myself, a 43-year-old female professional and my son (9yrs) who lives at home 50% of the time. We also have a mature cat named Snuggles who sleeps throughout the day :). We are looking for a laid-back, cat-loving housemate who enjoys a sun-filled garden and likes leafy Westdene with its easy access to Brighton centre and the South Downs. There is ample free parking and a bus stop at the end of the road to get you into central Brighton every 15 minutes.

We are ideally looking for a female housemate who enjoys an active lifestyle and doesn't work from home.

This is a no-smoking household.

We have one mature cat who sleeps throughout the day.

Council Tax band H - Council Tax included

The room comes with a single bed, desk, drawers, separate shower room and a clothes rail. The bed can be transformed into a double bed if necessary.
