Second floor, double bedroom, lofted (chin high) kingsize bed.
Not everyones cup of tea, but it does free up lot of floor space! Potentially, I can remove it and can install a normal bed on the floor. I also can help with furnishing the bedroom. Wardrobe. Outside on the landing, your desk/office area, and stepladder to roof terrace. Bathroom (with bath and shower, sink and WC).

Near Bill's Restaurant in the North Laine, everything is within reach, less than 8 minutes walk to Brighton Station. Must be dog friendly, as Barrett the Bichon Frise lives here.
