Price is very reasonable for the area and property, it’s purely because I want nice tenants and down to earth like me it’s not for the financial gain, although it will be nice to have that bit extra as 3 bedrooms by myself is a waste of a room!

It’s a maisonette, very quiet neighbourhood, travel into the city centre by bus or car in 10 minutes. We have a ring doorbell, security camera and light out front.
I am a superhost for Airbnb but I can’t be bothered preparing for new guests all the time. You can have a cctv camera for your room set up to your phone if you wish, for extra peace of mind as they’re just in a box now.
Also have the keysafe lockbox outside the front door which has a spare key in so if you ever forget your key the box comes in handy lol!
