Double bedroom in Kemptown close to the Beach 🏖️

1 double bedroom available in Kemptown, 3 minutes from the beach. There are a total of 4 of us, of varying professions. We currently consist of two guys and a girl but we are open to any gender as long as they’re friendly! The house is a very cosy townhouse close to St James Street in Kemptown near most shops and a short walk to the town centre, and a 25 minute walk to the train station. We also have a little patio and a balcony that could be cheaply renovated into something nice.

The room is bright and on the top floor of the house and at a good price for the area. The room will be coming unfurnished so won’t include any of the stuff in the pictures, but the previous housemate had no trouble getting stuff up the stairs as long as it can be disassembled!!

Bills are not included but we split them equally and they come at around £150. New tenant must also be in employment as per contract with the landlord.
