A double room available for move in ASAP

Hello! One of our housemates has moved out and we are looking for someone to move in asap until the tenancy ends in september.
It is a 5 bedroom, 3 floor house located on Cobden road in Hanover/elm grove. It has 2 bathrooms, plus an extra wc on the bottom floor. the room being advertised is on the top floor.
We have a tumble dryer, big kitchen, lots of wardrobe space and storage space throughout the house!
I have personally lived in this house since 2021 and I love it and can answer any questions :)) the landlord is a nice guy and sorts everything out rlly quickly so thats a huge plus!
We are looking for women/lgbtq+ people (just not straight cis men) as a house of 4 women atm!
We are all students, a mix of brighton and sussex uni in our 2nd/3rd years. We chill a lot, watching movies downstairs and that!
Rent is £541.60 not including bills, which is max £50 each in the winter but much cheaper once the weather gets warmer! the landlord is also open to giving us some cash for the bills in the winter if needed and we can prove its been spenny which is sick!!
