Double room for a kind human (or alien)

The places is a beautiful, light and quiet 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom rental apartment, available from Mid October:)

It's 2nd floor, in a secure, gated complex with a balcony overlooking the marina, a dishwasher (!!), and it has good transport links. The place came unfurnished but I've done my best to turn it into a home, and there's a king-size bed in the room available, with plenty of storage & a workspace/dressing table.
The bathroom is technically communal but its pretty much all yours, I just like to have a bath here and there.

Best suited to someone who wants a CLEAN low-key, stress free living environment, who enjoys their privacy but equally enjoys the company of humans too (&cats)!!
Also, I work a lot (I am a paediatrician) and travel to visit my partner, so you'll often have the place to yourself.

Fixed payment is £805
[Accounts for Rent 720, council tax 75 (Band E) , internet 10]
Gas, electric, water are variable by usage, and on average this is £60/month.
