Hello! My flatmate is sadly moving away from Brighton and I’m looking for a new flatmate, preferably another female professional, but open to meeting anyone who’s interested / thinks we will be a good match.
The flat is a lovely, spacious and bright top floor two bed in the Seven Dials area.
The room on offer is a spacious unfurnished double (with a bed frame if needed) and available from the 26th of January.
The rent is £790 + bills (around £150). The deposit is £787 payable with the first month rent which will be refunded when leaving the tenancy.
The flat is in a great location, only a 2 minute walk to Brighton station and 10 minuets to the seafront.
A little bit about myself: I work full time in marketing in Brighton, mostly in the office but from home on Fridays. I spend a lot of my time with friends exploring what Brighton has to offer. I love going to gigs and trying new fitness classes. I really love this space and would love to find someone who would enjoy and respect the space the same way. I’m always down for a chat and a glass of wine in the evenings but also do enjoy my own time so someone similar would be great.
