This house is a 10 minute walk away from Sussex University. The 49 bus is right in front of the house, which drives to Brighton campus and Brighton city centre directly. In a 5 min walk you will have access to the 25, 23, 29, and 28 busses which have variations of places todo.

The house itself has a front garden, back garden a large place in-front of the door to put your car. I have seen 4 cars parked there, so it’s pretty spacious if you use it efficiently.
