Looking to leave my contract for four months (May until end of August). The rent is £510 per month and bills usually another £60-70 on top maximum.
The room is a good sized carpeted double with a lot of fitted wardrobe storage and a sunny bay window.
The house has six bedrooms and a good sized kitchen-living area. There's also a garden at the back (mostly patio and flower beds). It's in a really nice area and the other housemates are very chill. There's a bathroom with shower on the first floor, where the bedroom is, and one on the ground floor.
Currently the other housemates are between 24 and 33, mix of girls and guys. It's important that the person who moves in is trans inclusive & preferably also just kind idk. But it's quite a chill house (I'm probably the least chill and I'll be leaving haha)
