Bills not included, will be shared equally by three rooms.
Not suitable for couple as each room is for one person to live in.
Close to two large supermarkets on Lewes road and close to Lewes road main bus stops, a couple of mins of walking to the bus stops, with almost all routes of buses. Also not far from city centre. Mins to Brighton university main campus and easy to access to Sussex University too.
