Large and spacious double room available in family home with just two people living here. The room has been freshly decorated, new flooring, new furniture and new matress. Everything in the room is brand new and unused.

The house is also large and spacious. Shared use of living room, kitchen, bathroom and communal areas. There is two large storage cupboards in the house so some additional storage can be made for you if needed. You will have your own fridge freezer provided and I cook a roast dinner once a week which you are welcome to share. There is also a garden here.

The area is very quiet, peaceful and safe. The buses here will take you to most places within the city and go as far as Churchill Square and Brighton train station. There is also some parking available.

Rent is 600pm. First months rent is payable on the day you move in. All bills are included in the price and WiFi is available. Postcode Bn2 4ne
