Comfy quiet Central Brighton room, short let

Hiya. I'm renting out a remarkably quiet, furnished larger-than-single but smaller-than-double room in very central Brighton, 3 streets away from the pier. Room comes with very comfy double bed, drawers, wardrobe, excellent Internet, fully fitted kitted kitchen (everything is there, from the bread maker to the blender, juicer, washing machine, tumble dryer, slow cooker, I mean everything!), great shower, large fridge freezer and food cupboard space with all bills for £160 per week. Sadly no pets. I live here with my 39yr old lodger.
