Central double room with own bathroom

I've met a couple of lodgers on this platform before and they've been brilliant so putting the feelers out again :)

Furnished room available in The Lanes two mins from the sea, You will have a bathroom to yourself however it's not en-suite it's just across the hall. All bills including Hyperoptic high speed broadband, and household essentials like toilet roll and olive oil etc included.

Little bit about me: I'm 36 female queer (she/her) and I like to cook and relax in the weekday evenings and try to get out of town into the countryside on the weekends. I mostly work from home other than 1-2 days in London in the week.

The flat is surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars and moments from the sea. If you are the sort of person who likes to finish work, go for a paddle board and eat delicious food with a beer in the eve then it might be the room for you.
I don't mind about age, race, gender or sexual preference you have. I also don't mind what religion you follow.

I will also consider anyone who requires fewer days at reduced rent (I. e. Monday - Friday).

I’m in the process of selling and I’m expecting an exchange date to be set soon so would suit short stays ie. a month or so, the flat would suit someone travelling light as it’s already fully furnished there is lots of storage in the bedroom (fitted wardrobes and shelves etc).
