I’m a professional offering a spacious, bright, and comfortable en-suite guest room in my large Victorian terraced home — available for Monday to Friday stays only.

This room is ideal for someone working away from home who needs a peaceful and homely base during the week.

The weekly rate is £230, inclusive of all bills and broadband.

Recently redecorated in calming neutral tones, the room features a double bed with a memory foam mattress, wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers, tea and coffee facilities, a smart TV, and a hairdryer. Fresh fluffy towels are also provided for your comfort.

You’re welcome to make yourself at home and enjoy the kitchen, separate sitting room, and secluded garden.

You’ll be given your own key and fob, so you can come and go as you please.

The house is located just off Lewes Road in Brighton — a fantastic location with shops, cafés, eateries, and excellent bus links all just a 3-minute walk away.

If you smoke, you're welcome to do so in the beautiful, private garden.

Please note: I share my home with two adorable young rescue cats — Bella and Beau, a sister and brother.
