I am a professional woman, offering a large lovely, light and comfortable en-suite guest room, in my large Victorian terrace house, for a Monday to Friday let only.

The room would suit anyone working away from home and looking for a comfortable base short term..

The room is £220 per week, which is inclusive of all bills and broadband.

The room is newly decorated, in neutral colours and has a double bed with memory foam mattress, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers and tea and coffee making facilities, a smart TV, and hair dryer.

I also provide fluffy towels.

You would also be welcome to use the kitchen, sitting room and garden and generally make yourself completely at home. (You would have a separate sitting room)

Upon arrival you will be given your own key and fob so you can come and go as you please.

The house which is just off the Lewes Road area of Brighton is excellently located for all the shops, cafes, eateries and buses of Lewes Road, which are about 3 minutes walk away.

Should you wish to smoke, I am happy for you to do so in the beautiful secluded garden.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE that the house is also home to two adorable young rescue cats called Bella and Beau (sister and brother)
