Hello! I am looking for a sublet for my room in my student house. The room is available from the end of May/early June for 2 months as the tenancy ends on the 8th of August so it would suit someone for a short-term let.
It has a double bed and the room comes fully furnished. The house is a 5 minute walk from Sainsburys or Aldi and a 2 minute walk from Lewes Road Bus Garage so getting around town is easy.
My housemates are lovely people and I am sure you will get along with them. :)
Bills are not included but usually they are no more than £50 a month, might be even cheaper in the warm season.
