Double room to rent

Unfortunately, I have to move out of this lovely flat, where I’ve had the pleasure of living with two great friends, as I’ve accepted a job in London.

The room will be available anytime after the 11th of December, and I’m happy to accommodate a move-in date that works for you.

This is an ideal place for a student, Sussex University is just 10 minutes away by bus, and Brighton University’s Moulsecoomb campus is within walking distance. It’s also a great option for a professional, as the room comes with a large desk, perfect for those who like a mix of working from home and the office—one of my flatmates does this too!

The flat is less than a 5-minute walk from Moulsecoomb Station, with trains to Brighton taking under 10 minutes.

I’ve also made some updates to the room since these photos were taken. I rearranged the space, added a new desk, and put up a full-length mirror, which I’m happy for you to have, so the room feels much bigger and more functional now!

We also have a great relationship with the landlady, so there’s no deposit required, which makes moving in even easier.
