Large double room in house share in Kemptown

We are a happy humble bunch, in the winter we watch trash TV and eat chocolate. In the summer we regularly have BBQ dinners on the beach and enjoy the beautiful Brighton sunshine when it does arrive :)

The room/ house…

We have a large double room available in our (council tax band A) house, which is light, bright and spacious enough to also fit a desk by the window, which is perfect if you work from home some/or all of the time. Bills come to about £80 extra a month. We have a large open plan kitchen/ living room and a small patio garden that leads off of it. There are 3 bathrooms 2 have showers and 2 have baths so there's enough for everyone! We also have a terrace balcony that catches the sun in the summer.

A little about us…

Alice - A trainee accountant that can bust the best
dance moves you’ve ever seen. Always has a stunning blow dry and loves to bake :)

Charlotte - A student nurse who loves running marathons almost as much as she loves a pint! Should be in stand up comedy - we love her for her quick wit!

Hannah - Works in events, loves all things creative, festivals, fun and fancy dress!

Carly - A doctorate student in clinical psychology, who enjoys yoga, running and who also loves to cook!

We have all lived in shared housing for a while so we understand the importance of privacy but we love getting together for a pint on the weekends and cooking house meals/ eating together. This is not a party house as we all work full time but we still love a laugh! We are looking for someone who’s laid back but happy to chip in with the cleaning but most of all we are looking for the right vibes, we are looking for the Perry to our Kevin and if you’re too young to understand that reference you cannot be our fellow DJ!
